Crazy for Cupcakes

Cupcakes have been all the rage for the last few years and their popularity keeps growing. I started loving them again after seeing Carrie and Miranda eating the yummy goodness at Magnolia Bakery on Bleecker Street in an episode of Sex and the City. Since then, cupcake boutiques have been popping up all over the place. We featured the Wilton Giant Cupcake Cake Pan on our site today which is a twist on the traditional cupcake.
This is a pan that makes one big cupcake for all to enjoy. Wilton provides a recipe for this pan on their website but I was looking for something a little more gourmet. I found the most fabulous blog called Not Quite Nigella.
